Every use is a little different. Pricing reflects the organization, audience, how the film will be used, the length and scope of the license, and any additional services or rights.
Community groups, schools, nonprofits, libraries and similar organizations often fall in the mid-hundreds to low-thousands of dollars, depending on audience, use, license length and rights involved.
Companies, government agencies, healthcare organizations, universities, professional associations and other institutions commonly fall in the several-thousand-dollar range and above, depending on audience, use, delivery method and licensing requirements.
Conference screenings, customized presentations, filmmaker Q&As, keynotes and other special events commonly fall in the several-thousand-dollar range and above, depending on scope and filmmaker involvement.
